Hi, I’m Dr. Alison Kole

Smiling woman wearing a colorful dress seated in a sunny garden.

As the founding medical director of the Oak Health Concierge Sleep Telemedicine Program and creator of the R.E.S.T. Protocol, I am dedicated to helping people unlock the life-changing benefits of truly healthy sleep. My journey—from Barnard College to earning my MD/MPH at Tufts University School of Medicine, followed by advanced training at Cedars-Sinai and UCLA—has given me a comprehensive, patient-centered perspective, backed by over a decade of experience and triple board certifications in Sleep Medicine, Pulmonary, and Critical Care.

I believe sleep is your new superpower—the foundation for wellness, productivity, and lasting vitality. My approach blends the latest sleep technology, evidence-based treatments like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-i), innovative CPAP and non-CPAP solutions for Obstructive Sleep Apnea, and holistic strategies tailored to your unique needs. Through my R.E.S.T. Protocol coaching, I guide clients across the United States, step by step, toward truly restorative sleep. For those seeking expert medical management, I offer concierge care in California, New Jersey, New York, and Georgia.

When we work together, I take the time to understand every aspect of your life that may be affecting your sleep, ensuring solutions that fit you—not just your symptoms. Beyond patient care, I share my passion for sleep health through the Sleep Is My Waking Passion podcast, speaking engagements, and my role as Vice-Chair of the American Academy of Sleep Medicine (AASM) Advocacy Committee, where I advocate for better sleep health policy nationwide.

My mission is simple: to help you wake up to a better tomorrow naturally. If you’re ready to transform your nights and revitalize your days, let’s architect your path to deep, rejuvenating rest—together.

Sleep well, live well.
