Dr. Alison Kole is a triple-board-certified Pulmonary, Critical Care, and Sleep Medicine Physician and the founding medical director of Oak Health Concierge Sleep Telemedicine program, making sleep science accessible and actionable for everyone. Her path spans Barnard College, an MD/MPH from Tufts University School of Medicine, and advanced training at Cedars-Sinai/UCLA, backing over two decades of patient-centered, evidence-based expertise.
Dr. Kole champions sleep as the ultimate superpower—foundational for wellness, productivity, and longevity. She integrates the latest sleep technologies, gold-standard treatments like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBTi), and both CPAP and alternative therapies for Obstructive Sleep Apnea, always tailoring solutions to the unique needs of each individual. She provides concierge sleep medicine services in California, New Jersey, New York, and Georgia.
Her impact goes beyond patient care: as host of the Sleep Is My Waking Passion™ podcast and a sought-after public speaker, Dr. Kole shares actionable sleep strategies, debunks wellness myths, and addresses everyday challenges that affect sleep health.
